My career has taken me across real estate, fintech, AI, marketplaces, and enterprise software, working with venture-backed startups, private equity-backed businesses, public companies, and global brands.

What has remained consistent throughout my career is a focus on businesses navigating meaningful change.

As Co-CEO of RealSure, a Blackstone-backed joint venture between Anywhere and Home Partners of America, I led the business through a strategic repositioning and expanded the platform into 13 markets.

At Homepoint, I helped lead the company through one of the fastest periods of growth in the mortgage industry, expanding annual loan originations from $22 billion to $96 billion before its public offering. Following the IPO, I led investor relations and public market communications.

Earlier, I helped build Trulia’s industry business ahead of its IPO and eventual $3.5 billion acquisition by Zillow. I was also part of the founding team at Sindeo and helped scale Capsilon, an enterprise AI software company that was later acquired by Ellie Mae.

Across every role, I’ve been drawn to organizations at inflection points. Whether entering new markets, repositioning for growth, adopting new technology, or reinventing a business model, these are the moments where leadership has the greatest impact and that’s where I’ve chosen to spend my career.
